I am writing to report a persistent technical issue. For the past few days, ChatGPT has not been responding at all. Whenever I type a message, no response is generated, and only a blue dot keeps pulsing on the screen. Could you please inform me when this issue is expected to be resolved and when the system will return to normal?

Are you using the mobile-, desktop app or browser? Is it chat or work and which model are you using? Does this happen in every conversation, even when starting completely new one?
Have you tried the usual, refreshing or restarting the app (if you´re using that), log out and back in and the app id updated? If it is browser, you could try another one, private window and clearing the sites cache.
There has also been a recent Elevated errors affecting multiple products including ChatGPT (conversations), Image generations, Spaces and Pages, API rehydration, and Dots. - OpenAI Status, tho it´s now marked as resolved and I´m unsure if this could have been a reason in your case. Also if you´re using work, there was Elevated Work Mode errors - OpenAI Status since yesterday, but it´s been now resolved for an hour.
