Desktop ChatGPT Issue: Repeated Responses Regardless of Input

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an issue with ChatGPT on my desktop. No matter what message I send, the system consistently replies with the same response:

“Got it! Feel free to ask whenever you need help with anything.”

Here are the details of the problem:

  1. Account Email: [email hidden]
  2. Platform Used: Desktop ChatGPT (tested on multiple browsers, including Chrome and Firefox).
  3. Issue Consistency:
  • The problem persists across different computers.
  • The issue does NOT occur on my mobile device; everything works perfectly there.
  1. Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
  • Cleared browser cache and cookies.
  • Tested on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox).
  • Tried different networks and devices.

Despite these efforts, the issue remains unresolved. I’d appreciate any suggestions or guidance to resolve this problem.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how did you solve it?

use temporal chats instead, at least its functioning while its much less usefull without memories

Thank you, this allows for conversation, but it cannot recognize image content or documents.
