I have repeatedly noticed, that in long ChatGPT 5.2 conversations, when you later switch to 4.1 it doesn’t respond to my prompt. But just to something else from the conversation.
I think what happens is that the Orchestrator internally gives it a very long summary of the conversation, and the context window is too small for it to actually see my question at the end.
