I noticed this is not an unfamiliar issue. However, I haven’t read a clear response to solve my problem. I’m trying to upload a logo for a new custom GPT (500x500 png). I receive a vague error message saying only, “Unknown error occurred”. I cleared my cache and I used incognito. No luck. I’ve uploaded logos without issue before. Any ideas? Is OpenAI aware of this?
