Sorry, something went wrong - ChatGPT issues


I was testing ChatGPT personalization tool and I suddenly woke up with this message. I tried everything from the support, but nothing. I mention that on phone it doesn’t happen on the same account and I am connected to the same network. I have another account of ChatGPT, but that account works perfectly. What can I do? Am I shadow banned? Did I send too many messages? OpenAI says that all systems are operational.
