For 2 days I’ve been trying to generate an image, but it just keeps loading endlessly. In the status button I clicked ‘cancel’ and that’s it — nothing can be done for TWO DAYS already! I don’t know what to do, I’ve already tried all the advice about switching browsers and clearing cache. Is there a solution? Or do I need to create and pay for a new account..? Thanks.
Can someone help me please. I have for the past week been having great difficult with generating videos. It keeps getting stuck grrrrr. I keep getting error messages “Something Wrong”. I have spent close to $100 for new credits/gens to keep trying and when suddenly works and then breaks down again and this is in the past week.
Again now not working 5 times and had to try restart and delete and restart 5 times. grrr getting error message “something wrong” Rewrite prompts.
I’d like refunds for the Gens. Thank you.
