Let’s not get side tracked here. This tread is to voice our deep frustration at OpenAI’s decision to exclude Teams Subscribers from the Sora release. OpenAI has failed its Teams Plan subscribers, and the exclusion of Teams from the Sora release is the final straw for many of us. Many of us pay more than double what Plus users pay, often as solo users because we were promised everything Plus members receive, with additional limits. That promise has been broken, and it’s unacceptable.
To make matters worse, Teams subscribers are locked into this overpriced plan due to its baffling inability to sync history with regular accounts. Now, we’re not only paying significantly more but are also denied even the basic features available to the lowest-paid tier. This feels like nothing less than a bait and switch, prioritizing profits over your most loyal customers.
OpenAI’s disregard for its paying customers is disgraceful. We demand immediate action to correct this glaring oversight and restore trust with those who’ve invested heavily in your platform. Anything less is a slap in the face to your users and your reputation.
