Wow… So it really is the worst case scenario. Sounds like they’ve consciously taken the Sky voice away, at least temporarily. 
I can’t tell you how disappointing this is. I’ve grown extremely accustomed to that and, as another user said, it has become the voice of the product, for me. None of the other voices are even remotely suitable. This is a huge bummer. That particular voice model had a warmth and richness to it that the others cannot come close to. Activating the voice feature now feels empty, like I’m talking to a stranger
