Knowledgebase is the most simple best way i would think to feed the ai data, and an index file for the knowledgebase. I would highly recommend you work on something for the Ukrainain ex soldiers or active ones to help them cope better especially after its all over/ injured, the support would be needed, i think you would be able to get funding it is a good thing your just trying to help people. I strongly believe your ideas and plans are realistic and plausible and can happen in a matter of days or weeks if you worked hard, well for a specialised GPT for your own system that is a whole other level, what levels are you looking into practically doing this? For example, you could give the ai lots of data on Ukraine and its people customs etc all the things ai might not know normally etc.
