I wanted to share a phishing attempt I recently encountered so you can stay vigilant. I received an email that pretends to be from OpenAI, claiming that my payment method for ChatGPT subscriptions is no longer working. The email urges me to update my payment details via a suspicious button.
The sender’s email address does not match OpenAI’s official domains. Sender: matelassiesta @bellnet.ca
