RFI and proof of residence

Hi,

I’m looking for this info and i’ve requested it directly to open ai billing but they haven’t been able to help and I needed the document. Also the proof of residence.

What is RFI - 21?
The RFI-21 (Modelo 21-RFI) is a tax form used in Portugal to request a total or partial exemption from withholding tax under a Double Taxation Treaty (DTT) between Portugal and another country.
This form is typically used by non-resident entities or individuals who receive income from Portugal and wish to avoid double taxation. It is required when a foreign entity or person earns income in.
The Portuguese tax authorities (Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira - AT) require this form to confirm that the beneficiary of the income is a tax resident in another country and is eligible for tax benefits under a tax treaty.
