Return API gpt-4 not found and insufficient_quota

Hello, I signed up yesterday 01/09/2025 (Day/Month/YEAR) for the plus plan but I don’t have access to the gpt-4 model via API. I have normal access via the web interface.

I want to use the API KEY in SSH Terminals on MacOS Sonoma, so that it behaves like the WARP terminal.

I want it to give me command suggestions, auto-completion of commands, Fix Suggestions, among others, like WARP does.

So yesterday I created an API key and when I called the API to see the available Models, gpt-4 returned not-found, as I will post the JSON return below.

With that, I deleted the API key that I created yesterday and today I created another one with ALL access. But when I make a request, it returns insufficient_quota.

Note: I created the openai account via Google Gmail, I don’t know if it is related to the problem…

What could it be? How do I contact support to check this for me? I’m new to this world of artificial intelligence and similar…

Has anyone experienced this before? Can you help me?

Hello @acdev86,

ChatGPT is a consumer product that offers a plus plan.

However, if you want to use the API, you’ll need to load credits on a prepaid basis.

I have credits in my account, and I still receive the Insufficient Quota error. It seems to be a bug
