Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I have been getting this error since yesterday when calling the Responses API: The server had an error processing your request. Sorry about that! You can retry your request, or contact us through our help center at help.openai.com if you keep seeing this error. Everything worked fine for the whole summer and the same prompts I`ve been using in the past weeks produce this error. It seems to only happen when GPT 4.1 uses web search and needs to generate a big answer, though one of the “big“ prompt that produces this error worked fine this morning. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
