Request to add Oshiwambo to OpenAI's language Model

Hey, I hope that you are all doing well.

I am Simon Ntinda, a computer science student from Namibia. I am reaching out to discuss the possibility of adding Oshiwambo to OpenAI’s language model. The majority of my people are Vamboes(Oshiwambo speaking) and sometimes English is a problem.
I feel like most of my people are left on the side as they can not communicate with ChatGPT in a productive manner, so I want to eliminate that log and the solution is by making feel ChatGPT also understands Oshiwambo.

Adding Oshiwambo to OpenAI’s language model would allow my people to access and benefit from advanced AI technologies.
It can help in the preservation and promotion of the language, especially for younger generations.
3. And lastly, it would empower many communities by providing them with tools to create and consume content in their native language.

I am willing to assist with providing necessary resources, data, and any other information required to facilitate this process.

I welcome any or suggestions on how to make this proposal stronger.
If anyone can guide me on the next steps, your help would be greatly appreciated.

This would be super cool.

Although OpenAI wouldn’t do it, this would be a perfect candidate for fine-tuning.

I would also like to train the model on a slowly forgotten language: Quechua. So if you decide to go forward please share your journey!
