Request Data Export button IS NOT WORKING

As the support is not responsive, I made this thread for people who experience similar problem.

This is the third time I requested to export my data but it doesn’t work

As of now, there are errors (unable to load history), unable to load conversations (especially extensive threads), refusing to do the tasks, etc.

It seems that all my conversation and data are not accessible. Does anyone have experienced this? It’s so infuriating that I cannot even access my workbench!!!

I can’t even export my data, sometimes it works when I encounter these massive ‘unable to load conversation…’ BUT AS OF NOW, IT DOES NOT WORK!
