[REQ] Workspace Accounts : Member/Employee Facing Usage Meters & Admin Hard Limits

Please add a member-visible usage dashboard for ChatGPT Business showing remaining included usage, reset dates and workspace-credit consumption by feature. Admins should be able to assign per-user or per-team limits with hard-stop, warning and unrestricted billing modes. Employees should receive alerts before requests begin consuming paid workspace credits.

A meter is currently available in Codex ChatGPT for member facing users, however, in browser, it would be very useful to review all usage so employees can be more mindful of their usage across the platform and become more resourceful with their allotted usage limits were any imposed.

Thanks for the detailed request! Business already supports monthly credit limits by seat type and per-user overrides: https://help.openai.com/en/articles/20001155. That covers part of the admin controls, but not the complete employee dashboard and pre-spend alerts you describe. We’ll pass those remaining requests along; no timeline to share.
