It’s pretty strange to see continual and repeat problems with app submissions. It seems to me that it’s not a priority whatsoever. Have they deprioritized the app store?
Hi!
It looks like the App Store is getting more attention, which is a positive development.
I wanted to link this post from @casey-chow, where they mention that the team handling app submissions is growing to keep up with the rising number of submissions:
For issues during the submission process, please keep raising them. These cases are being actively monitored and escalated.
That’s one of the things we do here in the community.
yesterday OAuth verification was down almost 12 hours. Since then business verification isn’t working and remains broken. Very strange.
What issue are you seeing? Can you share what your app id is?
Have they deprioritized the app store?
If it helps to illustrate where the priorities are, the developer platform team has grown in heads considerably in the past few months. Executives mention the value of connectors in posts, talks, etc. on a daily basis at this point. I can’t guarantee that the app store will always exist as it stands today, but we have an extremely strong incentive right now to make sure that people feel comfortable building on our models.
That’s to say, please keep sharing friction. We (and our Codexes) can only go through the submission flow ourselves so many times and in so many ways, so we always appreciate bug reports and friction logs.
