Platform.openai app submission glitch

There’s a glitch that seems to be affecting me, and possibly other users as well.

A few weeks ago, I submitted a ChatGPT app for review, and it was rejected with the following reason:

“We’re unable to complete your sign-in or OAuth flow. Please ensure valid, working credentials are included and that they require no additional setup or verification to access your service.”

During the resubmission, we provided the required test credentials and ensured they were included in the submission. However, the app was rejected again for the exact same reason.

Has anyone else encountered this issue, or is there a way to get more detailed feedback on what might be failing during the review process?

same here. app submissions oauth was failing all day yesterday and now getting a business validation error. pretty odd to have so many problems for so long.

Hey all, are you able to appeal via the openai-review@openai.com email? That will be the fastest way to make sure that the OAuth issue is diagnosed. I can’t tell from my viewpoint where the issue lies.
