Hi, I’m posting here because my refund request for unused API credits has been pending for more than two weeks, and I still haven’t received any response from the support team.
I have already:
– Submitted the refund request through the official form
– Provided all required information and documentation
– Sent follow-up messages on the same ticket
Despite this, I haven’t received any update or acknowledgement for over 14 days.
Could someone from the OpenAI team please help check the status of my case or escalate it?
