I realized something checking my logs, previously my work would hit average 95% cache hits for all my work.
Now i’d be lucky if I see a cache hit period; their backend changes destroyed the way cache hits, I think this is one of the main reasons that the token usage seems to have exploded. Everyone is basically paying uncached prices for all requests! That and after you hit reset, now they push your reset 7 days away no matter what. That means if you had 2 days remaining until reset, used a reset, then you’d have 7 days to go until your limits reset, but if you burn through your usage in 24 hours, your stuck burning your resets every day but never getting any closer to your weekly reset.
They broke cache and the reset ‘bug’ is being used to use up all customers usage.
