This is my usage can you tell me what I’m missing in terms of what’s going on I feel I should be able to access this. I haven’t sent a request in over a month. I have been creating a function that essentially turns a wall of text into audio and that’s where this function comes from. Any idea where this is coming from?
Based on the screenshot, it looks like you have no credits currently available in your account, i.e. you have used up all the USD 10 you previously added in January. In order to resume using the API, you need to add new funds to your account.

Forgive me for asking a silly question but what’s the 120 limit actually mean then? Now I see the 28 out of 28 and does it reset every month?
No worries. It is the spending limit you set for your organization or project. Assume you had $200 in credits, this limit would ensure that only $120 of those would be spent in a given month, i.e. once that threshold is reached your API calls would normally be rejected.
