Currently autocomplete api has 60 request per minute limit, is there any way to get around that? Is there a higher paid plan to get a higher rate limit

I have a similar question - not for autocomplete, but for paraphrasing. Could someone from support please answer the question? At the moment it is also not possible to make a request via chat - it seems to be simply switched off.
