Let’s say I have a file X uploaded to OpenAI using File API and then I create two vector stores attaching the exact same file X (with same file id), one for using it on an Assistant and the other on a Thread.
I see that the pricing for the vector store is $0.10 / GB of vector-storage per day (1 GB free). So since I have two vector stores, am I going to be charged twice, no matter that the two vector stores are using the same file?
