Suppose I upload a file via client.files.create using assistants, and I get a file Object and the file size was 3 GB. Later after few days I use the file id to summarize the file information via gpt4.1 mini. Will I get charged for any storage? Somewhere I read about $0.10/Gb for one day but I read it’s only for vector storage not the normal uploaded file storage
