Hi Staff and Community Managers,
My account was caught in the false-positive ban wave on June 5, 2026. While my login access was fully restored the same day, my active Pro subscription completely disappeared, and the account reverted to the Free tier.
This appears to be a known backend bug where the system terminates the billing status during a suspension but fails to reactivate or resync it when the ban is lifted.
Could a moderator or staff member please look into Case #09812030? I have not received any effective response from support for 10 days now.
