My pro model selection is completely Gone. I have no work cloud option, and work/codex options are completely grayed out. I have tried new chats, both work and regular. I contacted support and they said I was missing options from my account, based on the screenshots. I had Pro option for new chats until today, but nothing in my existing projects and new chats lost it after I used it once. I can set it to extra high… but that is it. I have a business account, so i am suppose to have access to it.
For my type of work, I NEED pro.

I am the Owner of a ChatGPT Business workspace with an assigned Standard seat. Current OpenAI documentation says Standard seats include ChatGPT, Work, and Codex. My Usage page shows 100% remaining for both the five-hour and weekly Work/Codex limits, and “Allow members to use Codex and Work locally” is enabled.
However, in Workspace Settings → Models, the entire Work & Codex model configuration section — Model, Effort, Speed, and New chats — is disabled/grayed out. The only available Work/Codex preference is “Allow fast mode.”
Separately, Workspace Settings lets me set Chat → GPT-5.6 Sol → Pro, but Pro is not exposed in the actual Chat model/intelligence picker. Business documentation states that Pro is included and that Pro is a model option, not a Premium seat.
Please investigate the effective product/model entitlements and provisioning on this workspace and user, rather than recommending a Premium seat upgrade. I am not requesting increased Work/Codex usage. I am reporting that included Standard-seat capabilities are unavailable despite the seat, permissions, and unused allowance being present.
