Pro run is missing from thinking effort picker

The Pro option has disappeared completely from the Chat model picker in our ChatGPT Business workspace.

Previously, the Chat reasoning options included:

Medium → High → Extra High → Pro

Now the highest available option in Chat is:

Medium → High → Extra High

This is not a usage-limit issue. Our usage has reset and Pro is not shown as unavailable or rate-limited, it is completely absent from the picker.

At the same time, Work still shows a higher “Max” option, which uses the separate Work/credits system. Previously, Pro was available directly in normal Chat as part of our Business plan.

We expected Pro to remain available in Chat, as it was previously and as the Business plan documentation indicates.

That's weird. Pro should be available for Business workspaces.

Since you've ruled out this being a usage-based issue, this may require a deeper review of your workspace. I recommend opening a private support ticket by contacting support@openai.com and sharing the information you've provided here.
