Today when I opened the chatgpt, the pop-up memory window stoped me from using it, whatever I click, it do not work, not only for the web browsers, but for the windows software as well!

I have exactly the same problem, i’ve just created a post.
But no solution yet ;(
I have this problem today, no matter what I try it persists, only iPhone works with no popup for this memory turn on, but even when I try and turn it on with iPhone if errors out, anyone got an update? Tried to contact support but nothing from email or chat sent back to the problem received email
