Plus users should be able to have an API token, to be able to use chatgpt through API without paying per token, this can be limited to the same amount of tokens users use in 4 hours, just like having a limit of messages/responses. Spending tokens through API could use more power, but just limit us as you do with messages instead of making us pay seperately for API?
And the limit would be shared between chat/API, so no extra power used by us.
