Open AI , when a plugin land in the Open AI to review queue – nothing happens ! In my case we developed a plugin , realised after a few customers tested our connector is not good enough – fixed the issues they experienced stayed within the dev guidelines and policies released a new version , but now our new version is stuck in a queue to nothingness for review by Open AI. we logged support cases countless follow ups , only to be told hurry up and wait. we even canceled the build – redeveloped the connector again – but again goes into the queue to nothingness of review. All this brought us to halt in product launch – we don’t know when review will happen if it will happen. We just know you teams say – it’s under review. A rejection would be much easier to work with – ie we don’t comply fix it. However a review queue to nothingness !!! as a platform company Open AI can do better.
