I am also seeing this. Do we know what is happening? Is it a Canva issue? Do we need ot activate something on the canva side?
Are you using the GPT, or the Plugin?
If it’s the latter you may need to use the GPT instead:

Anche io sto avendo lo stesso problema e non ha mai funzionato. Considerando che ho un account a pagamento anche con Canva e questa cosa mi sembra veramente assurda. Come risolvere ? Si può avere un gradito riscontro, di qualcuno che ha risolto il problema indicandoci passo passo come fare per risolvere il problema ? Oppure ci può indicare a chi rivolgerci indicandoci un indirizzo di posta elettronica o un numero di telefono a cui chiamare ( possibilmente in lingua italiana ) per risolvere il problema ? Grazie confido nel Vostro supporto e spirito di gruppo. Grazie ancora
