Placeholders remain in the "Library" after deleting all chats

Hi,
I found a visual bug in ChatGPT. After deleting all my chats, when I navigate to the “Library” section, I still see multiple image placeholders (empty image icons) even though no content should be displayed.
I expected the page to be empty after clearing everything, but the placeholders persist.

I am using ChatGPT on desktop, in dark mode. I am attaching a screenshot to illustrate the issue.

Same thing happening to me on both Android app and website, hope it gets fixed soon..

Same bug here.

Env.
• macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 — Safari 18.4
• ChatGPT iOS 1.2025.112

Steps

  1. Profile → Settings → General → Delete all chats → confirm
  2. Open Library sidebar

Expected: empty page
Actual: 27 blank image placeholders

Persists after hard refresh, cache clear, Private Window; also on iOS.
