I am writing to report a persistent issue with the ChatGPT app that has been affecting my user experience and the experience of many others.
Issue Description: Whenever I use the backspace key to delete text, two words that are separated by a space merge together, resulting in a single word without the space. This issue occurs consistently, making it difficult to edit text accurately. Despite using the latest version of the app since its launch, the problem persists.
Impact: This merging of words happens every time I attempt to correct mistakes, which disrupts my writing and studying processes. The inability to copy and paste my writing into other applications further complicates my use of the app for various purposes. Many of my friends and fellow users have reported experiencing the same issue, indicating it is not an isolated problem.
Request for Assistance: I kindly request that this issue be investigated and addressed in future updates. If there are any workarounds or solutions available, I would appreciate any guidance you can provide.
