Payment successful but account not upgraded to GPT4

Hi,

I renewed my GPT plan and was billed, but I still do not have access to GPT-4. I also messaged them on the help center, but I have not heard back from the OpenAI team yet. How long does it usually take to resolve this issue? I am starting to get frustrated. Please help.

I have got exactly the same issue here. Billed but not activated.
Now even from the bank it results paid.

Update: I have just got ChatGPT Plus. Everything back to normal
