Is it possible for the first user, who is the owner, to not have access to or to be removed from ChatGPT Team?

Yes, the original Owner can designate another Member or Admin as the new Owner and that new Owner can remove, or downgrade, the original. NOTE: An Owner cannot change their own Role designation. The secondarily appointed Owner must complete the action.
