We use the API for GPT4 and GPT3.5-Turbo extensively and have seen “You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.” errors all day. We are absolutely NOT over our quota, we track it carefully. Seeing this happen on both of my paid accounts, with high limits and long standing usage.
This doesn’t seem to be reflected in the status page, what is going on OpenAI?
Indeed, something weird is happening on OpenAI side. Having the exact same problem since morning. I even tried to create a completely new account with some fresh credits (5$), same error. O.o
