I’m an Organization Owner with full permissions (confirmed in Settings > People) but when I open the ChatGPT Apps page in platform.openai.com (where we submitted our app), the network tab shows a 403 with:
Missing scopes: api.apps.read
Tried logging out and back in — no change. Started happening around April 10-11, 2026. Is this a new scope that needs to be explicitly granted, or a platform-side issue? Has the apps page access policy changed recently?
