I was billed $215 dollars without authorizing it. My org now says “undefined”. (I don’t have an “org” account just an individual). Now my API key doesn’t work says:
AuthenticationError: 401 You must be a member of an organization to use the API. Please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.
What the heck happened? Did all gmail users get added to the same org?
Looks like it was just resolved. Whoa, that brief outage sucked.
Actually everything is still foobar’d.
I got kicked back to a free-tier on the API. My usage history is gone as well as all my credit. And yes, was still billed $215 with no authorizations.
