If a startup has many clients who need to use the startups software which under the hood makes API calls to openai, how can they go way past the Tier 5?

openai makes money by selling api, why would they limit use for companies…
When you reach high tiers, there is a “request exception” form on the limits page where you can request higher limits still for certain models (not gpt-4 preview models)
