I was wondering if someone had any experience going beyond the usual limits set on the API usage?
Currently, my account is considered as Tiers5 which allows me to spend $15k / month and have 10k RPM on API like 3.5 turbo. It was ok until now because I was only using the API to create a POC of my application.
Now that the POC has been validated, the app will be scaled fairly fast & will consequently receive a high amount of traffic very soon. Obviously in such phase, I cannot take the risk of facing any “hard limit” on my API usage. So I’d like to go way beyond that tiers5 thing.
Anyone here has experience with such needs? Does OpenAI have maybe a “custom enterprise” offer that kind of scenario? Happy to take any feedback here
