OpenAI Says My Billing Quota Reached When I Haven't

Hi,

I’m using the API for my chatbot and when prompting it I get the message I’ve reached my billing quote. When I check my usage stats it shows I’ve about 10% of my billing limit for this month.

Any ideas why I’m getting this and what to do about it?
