The codex model has been deprecated and is not available any longer.
You can achieve the same functionality with GPT 3.5 and GPT 4.

Also, there is no private beta.
You can access GPT 3.5 for free via the web interface at chat.openai.com and sign-up for subscription to access GPT 4. Or you can interface with the API via https://platform.openai.com/playground/chat but then you will need to buy some credits.

but GPT 3.5 is not able to generate complex PYTHON codes like codex . and is not able to create app / websites like codex according to the user input can you give the files and location of the files to save to use codex for personal use only and I swear to god that i will not publish it on web . I am a big Devotee of lord krishna .
