Open AI Agent Build - all of a sudden MCP can't load tools

Hi,

I have a workflow in the Agent Builder, and up until last thursday everything was working fine. All of a sudden it didn’t remember anything from the conversation. Next day that worked again, but now the MCP connection is unable to load any tools (if I get the tools list manually with Postman, I get the list).

When I look at the console, I see errors when listing the actions:

Is anybody else having these kinds of problems? Is there something I can do about this?

im having the same issues - or well i cant get it working at all.
Built and deployed an MCP server, tested with postman, all working correctly, its a hello world demo, so has no security right now, so keeping it pretty basic, but the agent builder says
” This server does not expose any tools.”
Then changes to
“Unable to load tools for this server. Check your configuration and try again.”
and console says

t.js:1 POST v1/dashboard/workflows/mcp/list_actions 424 (Failed Dependency)
