I was using the ChatGPT app on Android, but this problem is also persisting on the browser. So I had prompted ChatGPT to continue generating the prompt I had given since it reached its character limit, during generation it gave a quick server error and stopped. I closed the app, and opened my chat again but instead of resuming from my latest prompt that was given a few minutes ago, it instead resumed the conversation from months ago as if that point was my latest prompt. Now, months worth of conversation in this chat is unavailable.
I logged into my account again, reinstalled the app, but my chat is not resuming from the latest prompt, but instead a prompt I gave months ago. Is it possible that my chat history is only loading until a certain point, and can I recover my entire chat?
