oHandle is a solution to answers questions from pre-loaded documentation of a business. It utilizes GPT3 to understand the context of a question and provides the best answer from the available information, all in natural language.

Our initial estimates show that it can answer majority of repeat customer queries and reduce customer support overhead to a great extent. It can also serve as a company’s internal knowledgebase tool to answer employee queries, acting like the brain of a company.
