O1 pro chat down for 2 days

Trying to use in regular chat mode, probably worked for half an hour in the past two days. Gives and error:

Something went wrong while generating the response. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at [help.openai.com](https://help.openai.com/).

retry does nothing. Support doesn’t respond (been ~2 hours). Kinda feels like I’m paying for nothing, given that it’s not my most used chat ($20 sub would have paid for most use cases)

So yeah. Anyone experiencing anything like that?

Customer service bot doesn’t respond. Reached out when first made the post, did second message an hour ago. Nothing.

Yes, @ [ilyaperepelitsa] We’re getting the same thing. For now, we’ve fallen back on 4.5, but it’s not as effective for our particular tasks.

Yes. I’m experiencing same thign. O1 pro mode is basically down for me for past few hours.

Support sends automatic response… tells me to clear my cache when I already told them I’ve done that…

yeah they won’t response. Good thing this isn’t a paid service right?

Same here. O1 pro mode for me has been down for the last three hours and this issue is across browsers and devices

GPT should update their status page to separate out their models. Good for them because they tell everyone what the $20 per month and $200 per month users get. But also means we know (if we ae paying the money) whether the service we are paying for is actually up.
I have 2 premium accounts and BOTH are now not working on o1 Pro so something is wrong.
Have also logged the issue and as usual no response or clarification that there is even is an issue with the service which is very frustrating.
