O1 Pro is (partially?) Down, Multiple Reports Here, All Pro Accounts

I see multiple reports, about 12 hours ago (around 12am eastern) ChatGPT Pro accounts o1 Pro is no longer functioning.
Is only able to respond to things like “Hello” currently talking to support@openai.com and answered all AI questions. Have not received a further response so I am guessing it got escalated to the human team.

I can’t get o1 Pro to respond to anything. It reasons, then returns nothing. Started last night. I’ve tried new threads, nothing.

Same here. Nothing works on my pro account anymore. No luck with emailing or sending messages through their chat for the past couple of weeks.

Same problem the whole day today. No answer at all, only saying the time of reasoning. Hope it will work again soon.

can we get some common denominators going?

  1. Like my ISP is Verizon and AT&T, in case they are blocking certain IP ranges.
  2. Same issue on ChatGPT browser, ChatGPT Windows app, and ChatGPT iPhone app.
  3. On iPhone it reasons for about 10 minutes before failing, on PC much faster.

New threads seem to be working for me now on o1 Pro. Old larger threads, not so much. I had several threads stuck on reasoning that I deleted. Fingers crossed it continues working.

I can also confirm that it’s working now
