O1 and o1-mini specific: "model not found" (on phone) and "Something went wrong. If this issue persists..." on web browser and windows app. Refusing to work, even after following suggestion on the help page

GPT 4 series are all working.

Only o1 and o1-mini are refusing to work after many attempts. deleting cache, cookies, incognito, vpn on, vpn off, change of network.

I really need this resolved. Plus user.

i tried:

Same on Mac client. Pro user. This is really frustrating. Access o1 w/o limit is the key reason I paid extra $180, and now I can’t use it at all. This started from yesterday, like 20 hours ago…

Same with me, I’m pro user on Mac and iOS, both on app and web, o1 and o1 mini returning went wrong or model not found, o1 pro is the only one working but couldn’t actually think, instead, it just pops out an answer. Interestingly, I have found that o1 pro could actually use 4o functions like Dalle, memory and web while 4o couldn’t use these functions.

Have any of you guys tried contacting OpenAI support? Did they give any valid solutions?

My o1 series of model has recovered when I logged on about 1h ago, it has worked as expected on iPhone, iPad and Mac app, and iPad and Mac web version but not on the iPhone web version. But now it isn’t working again, it is so confusing.

I have the same problem as you, but mine has never auto-repaired. It always shows ‘something went wrong,’ and on my phone, it shows model not found. If you come up with a good solution, please be sure to let me know. Thank you!
