I am experiencing a technical issue where, after sending a prompt, I am not receiving any response, and I am unable to send any further prompts. This issue seems to occur after a certain point in the conversation. I have tried logging out and back in, switching browsers, and even using an incognito window, but the problem persists.
I have also cleared my cache and cookies, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. The session seems to automatically end, and I am unable to interact further until I start a new conversation, which leads to disruptions in my experience.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Any guidance or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.

I have experienced similar problem. I solved the problem following steps below. However root causes may vary, and it may not work for you. But you can try:
1- Log out from all devices
Settings → Security → Log out all
2- If you use VPN, turn off.
3- Log in to your ChatGPT on your mobile phone.
4- Continue with your chat.
5- Log in to your ChatGPT on your computer, and continue your chat.
Hi Polepole, thank you very much for your reply. I do not have ChayGPT App on my mobile phone. However I did as you suggested on my laptop but it did not work. I opened a new chat. But It would be great if I can find a solution to continue the initial chat in the original session. Thank you anyway.
