Yo tengo mi propio usuario de openai por un lado y ahora un cliente mío se creo un usuario, a la hora de crear una nueva API desde su usuario quise crearla y me pidio un numero para verificar, puse el mismo numero que use en mi cuenta anterior y ahora cada vez que creo una API desde su usuario no funciona. A que se debe yq ue se puede hacer? ya fondeamos la cuenta además.

I used the same number I had used for my previous account, and now every time I try to create an API from their account, it doesn’t work. What could be the reason for this, and what can be done?
